Terms of service
Last updated: 17 September 2026
1. The service
Zyloriso provides email address verification through a web dashboard and an HTTP API (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the API you agree to these Terms and to the acceptable use policy, which forms part of them.
2. Accounts and API keys
You must provide accurate account information and keep your API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your keys. Notify us immediately at hello@zyloriso.com if a key is compromised.
3. Credits and payment
- One credit is consumed per address verified. Credits are prepaid and do not expire.
- Addresses returned as unknown may be re-verified within 24 hours at no charge.
- Prices are shown before tax. An invoice is issued for every purchase.
- Unused credits are non-refundable except where required by law, or in the case of a service failure attributable to us.
4. Your responsibilities
You warrant that you have a lawful basis, whether consent, contract or legitimate interest under applicable law such as GDPR and KVKK, to process every address you submit, and that your use of the results complies with anti-spam law including CAN-SPAM, PECR and the ePrivacy Directive. Verification does not create permission to send.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service to verify purchased, scraped or harvested lists; to facilitate unsolicited bulk email; to probe or attack mail infrastructure; to resell results without a reseller agreement; or in any way described in the acceptable use policy. We may suspend accounts immediately on breach.
6. Accuracy
Results reflect the response of the remote mail server at the time of the check. Mail servers may change behaviour or refuse checks; we report such cases as unknown or catch-all rather than guessing. We do not guarantee that an address reported as valid will accept a specific message.
7. Data protection
We process submitted addresses as your processor under the privacy policy. A data-processing agreement is available on request and prevails over these Terms for personal data.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability, but the Service is provided “as is” during the beta. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue from email campaigns.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the acceptable use policy, or where required by law or by our infrastructure providers.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms with notice by email or on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Governing law and venue are stated in your order confirmation.
